Structure of the Kassai Horseback Archery School

Member: a person, who is a member of any kánság or törzs functioning within the framework of the Kassai Horseback Archery School.
The conditions of the membership will be set by the given Kan or Törzsfő. The member may participate in the training camps, competitions, exams and performances only by consent of the host leader (Kan, törzsfő).

Lófő: Horse Owner:
 a member who possesses their own horse.

Törzsfő: Chieftain: a leader with at least 9 students, who has been elected in a democratic way. Has the right to organize competitions. After organizing 3 official competitions, will have the right to conduct examinations. When somebody has the intention of becoming a Törzsfő, they must ask for the consent of the board of their country (country head, Kans, Törzsfős). The board’s decision will be by the vote of majority. In case of positive judgement she/he may apply for the test, and after succeeding will have to complete the beginner I-II-III exams, and the student I-II-III exams. In case she/he has passed these outside of the Valley, will have to repeat her/his knowledge again in the Valley. The candidate must complete a theoretical exam about the structure, rules, regulations, and competition regulations of the Kassai Horseback Archery School. After a successful examination the person assigned by the board must check that the course of the candidate for Törzsfő fulfils every requirement, all her/his students have the kaftan and model T-shirt. 
When she/he fulfils all of the regulations, will then obtain the position of Törzsfő.

Kán: A Törzsfö who has attained the right to hold examinations, having reached the 1st advanced degree, has at least 9 students, owns enough land (must provide proper documentation for proof of ownership) to contain the official course, and is big enough to host competitions, open days, and performances. The land should also be suited for teaching all phases of Horseback archery. A Kan must have at least three horses, which are suitable for use in horseback archery in every way. The horses must be suitable for the teaching of the horseback archery, and for the competitive sport. The candidate will have to repeat the exams of the beginner I-II-III degrees, as well as the theoretical exam about the structure, rules, regulations, and competition regulations of the Kassai Horseback Archery School.
After this the candidate may ask for admission to the position Kan, from the board (country head, Kans, Törzsfős), which after checking the requirements, make their decision based upon the vote of majority. In case of the positive judgement, the candidate obtains the position of the Kan.

Országfő: Country head: a leader who is elected in a democratic way by the leaders of the country (Kans and Törzsfős) and by the Kaghan. Will fulfil the position until the board of the country elects a new country head to her/his place in a democratic way based on majority vote.

Kagán: Kaghan: The leader of the World Association, having been elected in a democratic way by the Country heads. Will fulfil the leader's position until the board of the HAWA elect the new Kaghan to her/his place in a democratic way based on majority vote.
